Thank you for visiting and shopping with Pup Ring. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed based on our detailed crafting process. Here's how it works:

  • Design and Artist Review (0-3 Days Since Order): Our artists begin by meticulously reviewing your pet's features, ensuring every key detail is captured for your custom PupRing.
  • Engraving and Quality Assurance (4-9 Days Since Order): Your PupRing is then engraved, polished, and packaged. This phase ensures each piece is perfectly crafted to meet our high-quality standards.
  • Shipping and Delivery (Beyond 9 Days Since Order): Once your PupRing passes our quality checks, it takes about one day for USPS to pick up your order. Shipping then generally takes 4-7 days.

Overall, orders are usually processed within 7-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Please note, during high volume periods, there may be a slight delay.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, we utilize USPS Priority Mail for delivery, which typically takes 4-7 business days to arrive.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
